A Prosecutor may petition the court which originally heard and disposed of a criminal case if it is found that an offender evaded the payment of a fine. If probable cause is demonstrated, that court may order the seizure of funds transferred to another account to evade the payment of a fine or other judgment in a criminal proceeding, for the purposes of collecting the fine or judgment.
