The maximum fines imposed for each class of Misdemeanors shall be as follows:

(1) for a First-Degree Misdemeanor, not more than two thousand, five hundred (2,500) Kramers;

(2) for a Second-Degree Misdemeanor, not more than one thousand (1,000) Kramers; and,

(3) for a Third-Degree Misdemeanor, not more than five hundred (500) Kramers.
