The maximum fines imposed for each class of Felonies shall be as follows:

(1) for a First-Degree Felony, not more than twelve thousand, five hundred (12,500) Kramers;

(2) for a Second-Degree Felony, not more than ten thousand (10,000) Kramers;

(3) for a Third-Degree Felony, not more than seven thousand, five hundred (7,500) Kramers; and,

(4) for a Fourth-Degree Felony, not more than five thousand (5,000) Kramers.
