Any court with appellate jurisdiction over a matter may reverse the imposition of a sentence, or the imposition of consecutive sentences, found to be—

(1) in violation of the law or Constitution,

(2) unreasonable, cruel, or unconscionable;

(3) unjustifiable based on the record; or,

(4) otherwise contrary to the principles of due process and justice.
