All verdicts of guilty shall be appealable as a matter of law, and they shall be considered final appealable orders. No verdicts of guilty issued as a result of a guilty plea may be challenged on appeal, unless challenging the validity of their plea. Any appeals of guilty verdicts rendered by a court and resulting in a sentence of death or life imprisonment shall be immediately appealable to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Krameria, and such appeals shall be as of right.
