Upon the required advisements being made, the Defendant shall be asked if they still wish to submit a plea of guilty or no contest. If they indicate they still wish to do so, and if the presiding judge determines that the plea is being made knowingly and willingly, the court shall find the Defendant guilty of the offenses to which they have pled guilty or no contest. If the Defendant indicates they no longer wish to plead guilty or no contest, a plea of not guilty shall be submitted.
