Prior to submitting a plea, the presiding judge must advise the Defendant—
(1) of the offenses which they have been accused of committing, including a citation of the provision or provisions of law which they have been accused of violating;
(2) of the maximum possible sentence for the offenses which they have been accused of committing, including the revocation of probation and resentencing of the Defendant, if applicable;
(3) of the maximum possible aggregate term of imprisonment; and,
(4) that any plea deals made with the Prosecution are not binding on the court, and the presiding judge may choose to disregard the deal and impose a sentence up to, and including, the maximum possible sentence.
