A search warrant may be issued for the search or seizure of—

(1) evidence of the commission of, attempted commission of, or conspiracy to commit, a criminal offense;

(2) contraband, fruits of criminal activity, or other items possessed unlawfully; or,

(3) property designed for use in, intended for use in, or used in the commission of a criminal offense.
