Arrest warrants may be issued by the Supreme Court, or any inferior court which has jurisdiction over any criminal prosecutions. Arrest warrants may be issued by any Justice or judge who serves on a court which may issue such warrants. An arrest warrant may only be issued by a judge if there is deemed to be probable cause that an individual committed a criminal offense.
