All federal courts shall be permitted to order the payment of damages for violations of the law, injurious conduct, the violation of a contract, or any other matters for which the law allows for damages to be awarded. This shall include compensatory, punitive, statutory, special, incidental, nominal, and contractually-stipulated damages, in accordance with the laws of the Republic.
