If any person refuses to act in accordance with a writ, violates a court order, injunction, or otherwise interferes with the administration of justice or the carrying out of a judgment, they may be held in contempt of court.

(1) Contempt of Court shall be a summary criminal offense, punishable by up to one week in prison.

(2) Any person held in Contempt of Court shall be granted all the rights of due process required under the law, and must be granted a hearing to consider their guilt if so requested.

(3) If a person is found to be in continuous violation of an order, they may be detained until such time as they comply with the order, with an additional sentence of up to a week if the violation is deemed severe.
