Writs of Mandamus shall be established as an extraordinary form of relief, and shall be used to order inferior courts, public employees and officials, and organizations to perform a specific duty as required by law.

(1) Any Petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus shall be required to show that they have a legal right to the relief sought, that the Respondent has a legal duty to perform the requested act, and they have no other adequate recourse in the ordinary course of law.
