There is currently no statutory law standardizing writs and judicial relief at the federal level, leaving issues of writs and remedies unclear and indefinitive. Therefore, it is the purpose of this part to standardize judicial writs and other forms of judicial relief to ensure just and consistent treatment in the courtroom.
