Coalitions must satisfy the following requirements:

(1) The agreement must state ideology and policy goals for the coalition;

(2) The agreement must state the included political parties;

(3) The agreement must include a severance clause;

(4) The agreement must include a sunset clause effective no more than one (1) month following the start of the agreement’s effect; and

(5) The agreement must be notarized.
