Should the Supreme Court rule in favor of prohibition:

(1) The political party is dissolved;

(2) Individuals found personally and directly responsible for the actions causing the prohibition of the political party shall be prohibited from creating a new political party for three (3) months; and

(3) The creation of a political party with identical goals, leadership, or membership to the one dissolved shall be prohibited.
