(a) A political party may only be prohibited by a final ruling of the Supreme Court.

(b) The Supreme Court may prohibit a political party if, upon petition by the Attorney General, it finds clean and convincing evidence of the following:

(1) The political party or its leadership pushes politically extreme ideologies;

(2) Systemically indices violence, hatred, or discrimination based on sex, gender, race, sexual orientation, religious status, or ethnicity; or

(3) Systematically undermines the Rights of the People, as defined within the Constitution of Krameria.
