(a) Political Parties shall be allowed to expel their own members, provided that there are sufficient limitations on how and when expelling members may occur. The limitations are sufficient if the party:

(1) Requires a vote by party leadership or executive, or by the whole of the party to expel a member;

(2) Prohibits the unilateral expulsion of a member; and

(3) Requires nothing more or less than a majority of members voting either in favour or against to vote in favour for the expulsion.

(b) Any political party that expels one (1) of its members in a manner deemed insufficient in accordance with the criteria in section 201.401 shall be fined one thousand (1,000) Kramers.
