Should any Political Parties fail to uphold the requirements set by this chapter, the KEB shall

(1) Issue a warning to the leadership of the political party describing the failures of the political party;

(2) Ensure that the failures are rectified within one (1) week of the warning provided to the leadership to the political party, and if not, shall warn all the members of the political parties; and

(3) Should, provided two (2) weeks, a political party continue to fail to uphold the requirements of this chapter, the KEB shall be allowed to dissolve the political party.
