All political parties shall be required to

(1) Provide public updates regarding its ideologies, candidates, leadership, membership, and votes held at a minimum of every two (2) weeks;

(2) Not have ideology constituting politically extreme ideologies;

(3) Contain at least four (4) members at all times;

(4) Nominate candidates for general elections; and

(5) Pay a maintenance fee to the Treasury every two (2) weeks, equal to a flat fee of five hundred (500) Kramers with an additional one hundred (100) Kramers for each party member.
