Political parties shall be registered with the KEB, to be approved by one of the Directors under the following conditions:

(1) The prospective political party shall have a name and at least one (1) symbol;

(2) The prospective political party shall have at least four (4) founding members;

(3) The prospective political party shall establish internal procedures; and

(4) The prospective political party shall have a set ideology with three (3) stated policy goals which do not constitute politically extreme ideologies.
