(a) Any manufacturer found in violation of this part shall be subject to civil fines, not exceeding K 5,000 per violation, to be determined by the DF.

(b) The DF may order manufacturers to:

(1) Provide access to components, documentation, or specialized tools previously withheld;

(2) Pay restitution to affected owners or repair providers.

(c) Any manufacturer that repeatedly violates this part may face escalated fines, additional restrictions, or public disclosure non-compliance.
