(a) The jurisdiction of the Kramerian Aerospace Administration shall extend to all aerospace activity conducted within the territory of the Republic of Krameria and its several states.

(b) The KAA shall have jurisdiction over all persons, entities, and vessels engaged in aerospace activity operating under Kramerian authority or registration.

(c) The KAA shall have jurisdiction over all aerospace infrastructure located within the territory of the Republic of Krameria, including but not limited to launch facilities, landing zones, and airspace management systems.

(d) The jurisdiction of the KAA shall not supersede the exclusive federal jurisdiction of the State of Fortitude as established by Article 13 of the Constitution, except where aerospace activity poses a direct risk to public safety.

(e) The KAA may enter into agreements with foreign nations and international bodies regarding shared aerospace jurisdiction, subject to ratification by the Senate.

(f) In matters where the jurisdiction of the KAA conflicts with that of another executive department or agency, the matter shall be resolved by the President.
