Subject to the provisions of this title, the rules of procedure of the [[R] Stat. 26-28, Circuit Court Comprehensive Procedure Act of 2026](https://ols.krameria.xyz/R-Stat-26-28-Circuit-Court-Comprehensive-Procedure-Act-of-2026-51cf032e6fbf4f35ac554b6610256521) shall apply to all proceedings in the courts of the Republic, mutatis mutandis, until the Supreme Court has issued rules of procedure under section 200.2 of this title.
