(a) The Kramerian Aerospace Administration shall have the authority to regulate all aerospace activity within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Krameria.

(b) The KAA shall have the power to establish and enforce safety standards for all aerospace operations conducted within or on behalf of the Republic of Krameria.

(c) The KAA shall have the power to issue, suspend, or revoke licenses and certifications pertaining to aerospace activity, as provided by law.

(d) The KAA shall conduct and promote research into aerospace technology, exploration, and innovation in the interest of the Republic of Krameria.

(e) The KAA shall advise the President and Congress on matters pertaining to aerospace policy, development, and national security as it relates to aerospace affairs.

(f) The KAA may establish such regulations, directives, and standards as are necessary and proper for the execution of its duties, subject to congressional oversight and presidential direction.

(g) The KAA shall maintain public records of all licenses, certifications, and regulatory decisions, ensuring transparency in its operations.
