(a) Owners and independent repair providers may submit complaints to the Department of Finance (DF) regarding violations of this part.

(b) Upon receiving a complaint, the DF shall investigate and may require the manufacturer to correct any violations within a reasonable time frame.

(c) The DF may take additional action as provided under section 200.6.
