(a) "Administrator" refers to the head of the Kramerian Aerospace Administration, appointed in accordance with this part.

(b) "Airspace" refers to the space above the territory of the Republic of Krameria and its several states, subject to Kramerian jurisdiction.

(c) "Aerospace Activity" refers to any activity conducted within or beyond Kramerian airspace, including but not limited to launches, orbital operations, and exploration missions.

(d) "Vessel" refers to any craft or vehicle engaged in aerospace activity under Kramerian authority or registration.

(e) "Licensee" refers to any person or entity issued a license or certification by the Kramerian Aerospace Administration to conduct aerospace activity.
