(a) “Manufacturer” - Any person, corporation, or business entity that designs, produces, assembles, or imports a product for sale or distribution in the 18th Republic of Krameria.
(b) “Product” - Any physical good sold in the 18th Republic of Krameria, including but not limited to electronic devices, appliances, machinery, and equipment.
(c) “Independent Repair Provider” - Any person or business, not affiliated with a manufacturer, that is engaged in the diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of products.
(d) “Authorized Repair Provider” - Any person or business that has a formal agreement with a manufacturer to provide repair services for its products.
(e) “Owner” - Any individual or entity that lawfully purchases or possesses a product.
(f) “Component” - Any individual part, assembly, or material, whether physical or digital that is used in the construction, operation, or repair of a product, including but not limited to replacement parts, integrated assemblies, firmware, and embedded software necessary for the proper functioning of the product.
(g) “Documentation” - Any manual, diagram, schematic, or informational material, including digital materials, that is necessary to diagnose, maintain, or repair a product.
(h) “Specialized Tool” - Any tool, device, software, or equipment that is specifically designed, adapted, or required by a manufacturer for the diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of a product, and that is not generally available to the public without restriction.
