(b) Economic and geographic disparities impede equitable healthcare access; KUHA remedies these inequities.
(c) Preventative care reduces long-term healthcare costs and improves national health outcomes.
(d) Centralized governance ensures transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
(e) The program shall:
(1) Fund hospitals, clinics, preventative care programs, and emergency response.
(2) Provide full coverage for medical, surgical, and mental health services.
(3) Guarantee all citizens access automatically, without healthcare cards, registration, or fees.
(f) KUHA establishes uniform national standards for quality, accessibility, and reporting.
