(a) Usurpation of Official Imagery. It shall be a federal offense to utilize any seal, emblem, or flag of the Republic or its agencies in a manner intended to deceive the public into believing a document or entity has official government sanction.
(b) Prohibition of "Pseudo-Nobility". In accordance with the abolition of privilege, it is prohibited to market or sell "registered titles" or "certificates of heraldic rank" within the Republic. Any entity claiming to grant such status under the guise of this part shall be subject to prosecution for consumer fraud.
(c) Penalties. Violations of this section shall be punishable by administrative fines or, in cases of criminal intent to defraud, imprisonment as determined by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
