In this part, unless the context otherwise requires.—

(1) "Herald General" means the Executive Director of the Department of Heraldry and Symbolism, serving as the chief custodian of the Republic’s visual identity.

(2) "Civic Achievement" (formerly "Armorial Bearings") refers to a unique graphical emblem consisting of a shield or similar device, used for the purpose of identifying a person, family, or corporate body.

(3) "Blazon" refers to the standardized technical description of a civic achievement or seal using traditional geometric and color terminology.

(4) "Federal Symbolism" refers to any iconography, including the Great Seal and National Flag, which represents the sovereignty of the Republic of Krameria.

(5) "The Public Roll" means the official, publicly accessible digital and physical record of all registered emblems and seals within the Republic.

(6) "Sigillography" refers to the study and regulation of official state seals and stamps used for the authentication of government documents.
