(a) Congress shall create the position of Congressional Archivist whose job shall be to keep records of laws passed by the National Congress, keep record of resolutions passed by the National Congress and record the composition of each National Congress.

(b) The Congressional Archivist shall be appointed by the Congress with a 2/3s majority and may be removed with a 2/3s majority. The Congressional Archivist may serve indefinitely and is not required to be a Congressperson.
