(a) This part may be cited as the “Republic of Krameria Civic Identity and Official Symbolism Act”.

(b) In accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of the Constitution, nothing in this part shall be construed as granting, recognizing, or reviving any title of nobility, royalty, or hereditary privilege. All symbolic grants under this part are strictly for the purpose of civic identification and have no bearing on legal status or personal privilege.
