(a) A person is guilty of Harassment when they repeatedly send messages or communications which harass, abuse, or intimidate another person in the server or through direct messages.

(b) A person’s first conviction for Harassment is a First-Degree Misdemeanor, their second conviction for Harassment is a Third-Degree Felony, and any subsequent convictions for Harassment are Second-Degree Felonies.
