1. The Secretary of the Economy may order the dissolution of a company if one or more of the following conditions exist:
   1. The company has ceased all business operations for a continuous period established by regulation.
   2. The company has no lawful owner, shareholder, or controlling entity capable of managing its affairs.
   3. The company's ownership has been prohibited, revoked, or otherwise made unlawful under applicable law.
   4. The company has outstanding debts exceeding K 50,000 and has failed to provide a reasonable plan for repayment or restructuring.
   5. The company has violated significant legal requirements and has failed to correct such violations after receiving notice.
