(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Unauthorized Representation as a Nonprofit when they knowingly, and with the intent to defraud or deceive, present an organization as a charitable organization, nonprofit organization, or as being affiliated with or endorsed by the government, when it lacks such a status.

(b) Unauthorized Representation as a Nonprofit is a Third-Degree Felony.
