(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Trespass when they, abusing permissions, roles, or other such instruments, gain access to a restricted or private channel to which they should not have access.

(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, Trespass is a Second-Degree Misdemeanor.

(c) If the Trespass involved any damage being done to the channel, any alterations being made to the channel, or any images, links, or sensitive, private, or otherwise protected documents being obtained by the Defendant, the offense shall be enhanced, and it is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
