(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Destruction of Property when they willfully and without permission or lawful authority injure or damage—

(1) a private property which they do not own, or

(2) any property owned by the Republic of Krameria.

(b) Destruction of Property is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
