(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Unauthorized Representation as a Corporation when they knowingly or recklessly, and while a means of registering a corporation or business is publicly available, advertise or represent an organization as being a registered business or corporation when it lacks such a status.

(b) Unauthorized Representation as a Corporation is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
