(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Robbery when they take with the intent to steal, any property, including by the use of any bot, or any other automated or otherwise non-human controlled account.

(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, Robbery is a Second-Degree Misdemeanor.

(c) If the Robbery offense committed involved the theft of property whose value exceeds one thousand (1,000) Kramers, but does not exceed two-thousand, five hundred (2,500) Kramers, the offense shall be enhanced, and it is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.

(d) If the Robbery offense committed involved the theft of property whose value exceeds two-thousand, five hundred (2,500) Kramers, but does not exceed five thousand (5,000) Kramers, the offense shall be enhanced, and it is a Third-Degree Felony.

(e) If the Robbery offense committed involved the theft or property whose value exceeds five thousand (5,000) Kramers, the offense shall be enhanced, and it is a Second-Degree Felony.
