(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Destruction of Channels when they, without lawful authority or staff authorization, delete or destroy any channel in the Republic’s server.

(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, Destruction of Channels is a Third-Degree Felony.

(c) If the offense of Destruction of Channels resulted in the destruction of a channel for historical documentation, archives, or for the use of government officials or server administration, the offense shall be enhanced, and it is a Second-Degree Felony.
