(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Fraud when they, with the intent to gain money, property, or any other benefit, item, or thing of value, for themselves or another person, defraud another person, an organization, business, corporation, or the government of the Republic.

(b) Fraud is a Second-Degree Felony.
