§ 106.6 Invalidation of votes

All votes which satisfy any of the following conditions shall be deemed invalid, and shall not be counted:

(1) those cast after twenty-four (24) hours have passed since the start of an election;

(2) those which are not confirmed exactly as twenty-four (24) hours have passed since the start of an election;

(3) those which may have resulted from force, intimidation, or undue influence;

(4) those which may have resulted from impersonating another voter or attempting to cast a ballot in the name of another person;

(5) those which do not meet the requirements of Article 41 of the Constitution of Krameria; or

(6) those which have been tampered, altered, or destroyed.
