(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Disorderly Conduct when they intentionally or recklessly ping a significant number of people with the intent to disturb or disrupt them.
(b) Disorderly Conduct is a Second-Degree Misdemeanor.
(c) In any prosecution for Disorderly Conduct, it is an affirmative defense that the Defendant engaged in the conduct because it was necessary for the execution or enforcement of a law, or to perform a necessary governmental or staff function.
