(a) The Board of Directors shall be responsible for issuing Directives specifically addressing instances where such law is silent on how to proceed during an electoral irregularity with majority approval.

(b) The Executive Director is responsible for carrying out methods for irregular procedures as proscribed by the Board of Directors.
