(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Voter Importation when they invite any other person to the Republic of Krameria with the purpose or intention of procuring votes for any candidate, party, or coalition in an election, or votes for or against any referendum or ballot question.

(b) Voter Importation is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
