(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Voter Fraud when they—
(1) vote multiple times during a single general, midterm, or special election;
(2) induce or attempt to induce others to vote multiple times;
(3) cast ballots with false or fraudulent personal information enclosed; or,
(4) cast or attempt to cast a ballot when they are not eligible to do so.
(b) Voter Fraud is a Third-Degree Felony.
