(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Bribery of Elector when they knowingly and willingly offer, promise, accept, promise to accept, give, or promise to give, money, a job or position, influence, or any other thing or item of actual or perceived value, to induce a person to—

(1) vote or refrain from voting in an election or referendum;

(2) vote for a particular candidate or political party; or,

(3) to vote for or against any referendum question.

(b) Bribery of Elector is a Third-Degree Felony.
