(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Interference with the Right to Vote when they knowingly threaten, harass, intimidate, or extort, any person with the intent that they—
(1) cast a ballot in an election or referendum;
(2) refrain from casting a ballot in an election or referendum;
(3) vote in a particular way in an election or referendum; or,
(4) change how they voted in an election or referendum.
(b) Interference with the Right to Vote is a Second-Degree Felony.
