(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Election Manipulation when they, while acting in their capacity as a government official or member of staff, knowingly—
(1) delete ballots which were validly cast and verified in accordance with the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Krameria;
(2) adjust, change, or alter ballots which were validly cast;
(3) cast multiple ballots unlawfully or fraudulently, then accept them as validly cast;
(4) announce false election results; or,
(5) otherwise violate electoral laws in the administration, tabulation, or announcement of elections and their results,
in order to change the outcome of any election or referendum.
(b) Election Manipulation is a First-Degree Felony.
