(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Commission to Serve Against a Friendly Nation when they fight in a war against a nation with whom the Republic of Krameria is allied, in the service of the armed forces of any other nation.

(b) Commission to Serve Against a Friendly Nation is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
